Cash sale Policy

United Products factory – non-account (cash sale) customers ordering procedure

We do not have a retail store & manufacture mainly for account customers.
Currently we accept non account customer orders following the below process.

• We require blade specs including blade length, width and tooth pitch
  Not the machine name

• The number from your last packing slip or invoice if applicable
  All non-account orders sales are recorded under the packing slip number not under name

• Orders must be paid in advance either by internet banking or credit card
  There is no payment facilities on site

• If you have a sample blade, please drop this off within the days, times below.  The turnaround time will be 1-2 days.  We will contact you when blade has been assessed.

• Pick up Monday through to Thursday only 8.00 am – 3 pm.
