Because blades are manufactured daily for industrial customers throughout New Zealand, we do not operate a traditional retail counter, showroom or walk-in sales service.

Website Orders & Factory Collection

The preferred ordering method for non-account customers is through the website.

Orders can be placed online for:

• courier dispatch

• factory collection.

Customers will be notified once blades are ready for pickup.

Payment Information

All non-account orders must be paid in advance by:

• credit card
• or internet banking.

We do not provide on-site EFTPOS or cash handling facilities.

Phone Orders & Technical Assistance

In limited situations, we may assist customers directly by phone where:

• urgent industrial requirements exist
• technical assistance is required
• blade specifications are unclear
• or online ordering is genuinely difficult.

This is particularly common for:

• older machinery
• unusual blade sizes
• or customers requiring help identifying blade specifications.

If blade specifications are unknown, sample blades can sometimes be dropped off for assessment during collection hours.

Important Operational Note

United Products / NZ Bandsaw is a working manufacturing facility producing blades for industrial customers throughout New Zealand.

To maintain efficient production workflow and fast turnaround, walk-in while-you-wait manufacturing is generally not available.

• If you have a sample blade, this can be dropped off during the collection times below for assessment and identification.
• Typical assessment and manufacturing turnaround is approximately 1–2 working days depending on workload and blade type.
• Customers will be contacted once assessment has been completed.
