TCT Woodcutting Bandsaw Blade – MC5 Tooth Pattern

This TCT woodcutting bandsaw blade is designed for demanding timber cutting applications where long service life and cutting stability are required. Tungsten carbide tipped teeth provide excellent wear resistance when cutting abrasive or resin-heavy wood products.

The blade features an MC5 (five-chip) tooth pattern, using three different tooth geometries to form the kerf progressively. The first tooth initiates the cut, while subsequent teeth widen the kerf in controlled stages, reducing peak cutting forces and improving cut stability over long runs.

This staged cutting action helps maintain consistent performance in high-volume cutting environments and reduces stress on individual carbide tips.

Suitable for solid timber, reclaimed wood, and laminated wood products. Correct blade tension, machine alignment, and steady feed rates are essential for optimal performance.
