Bi-metal Bandsaw Blade PROFLEX 27mm x 0.9mm (.035″) x 3/4 tpi – specialist blade

Also known as 25mm or 1”   WIKUS Proflex German blade M42, special design for profiles made of residual stress material

Extra wide step set and variable tooth pitch, extremely sturdy tooth contour, M42 tooth edge with positive rake angle.

No jamming in the cutting channel

Applications – profiles and structural with residual stress, for steel construction and industrial profile cuts

Materials overview- spring steels, ball bearing steels, construction, deep drawn and machining steels, carbon steels, tempered steels, cast iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metals
