At United Products, every bandsaw blade is custom-welded to order right here in New Zealand using premium European coil stock. We ship daily with NZ Couriers across both islands — serving cities, workshops, and rural customers from Northland to Southland.

Fast Manufacturing & Dispatch

Orders received before 12 noon are generally processed and dispatched the same day, unless they’re especially large or complex. Every blade is individually made to order — so mixed-size or bulk orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to meet your timeframe.

Courier Delivery Timings: from dispatch

North Island: Overnight
South Island: 2 day service Second business day

Business addresses: before 9:30 am
Residential addresses: before 5 pm
Rural areas: add 2–3 working days.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to Cook Strait ferry delays, snow in the Central Plateau, or South Island weather events.

Address Accuracy & Signature Requirements

Ensure all address details — including any business name or unit number — are correct. All shipments are sent ‘signature required’ unless you’ve set up an Authority to Leave with NZ Couriers. United Products cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you have been using the “We have run out” inventory system. Don’t Panic, we will try to help
Call before placing the order and we will talk though the options. things we can do.

• Send by overnight courier.
  Can be expensive for larger orders.
• Send your rural delivery address to the nearest NZ courier Depo for collection.
  This can save up to 2-3 days.
• Send your rural delivery address to a friend in town for collection.
  This can save up to 2-3 days.
• Split your order into a smaller overnight order and the balance on a 2 day order.
• If you are local arrange collection or a point to point courier ( be warned they are expensive).
